The Service
Lead Dominator helps home service businesses respond to authorized inbound leads, send and receive service-related communications, alert team members, and connect conversations with authorized business systems. Features and integrations may change as providers update their systems or policies.
Accounts And Customer Responsibilities
You must provide accurate information, protect credentials, authorize appropriate users, and use the service lawfully. You are responsible for your offers, customer relationships, lead-source agreements, supplied content, and ensuring that every recipient has provided any consent required for communications you direct Lead Dominator to send.
Preview Access And Future Billing
Customer checkout and billing are not active. The current public experience is a no-charge software preview, and the marketing-site phone demonstration is simulated. The planned standard price is $2.99 for each verified unique new lead, with no separate charge for follow-up messages, calls, or the connection workflow for that same lead.
Founding Five applications are requests for consideration, not automatic enrollment or a promise that a provider connection is available. Selected participants receive separate written program terms before live lead handling begins. Final billing intervals, taxes, credits, refunds, and any commercial terms will be disclosed before a customer authorizes payment.
Lead Dominator Messaging Program
Program: Lead Dominator service and lead-response messaging.
Description: Messages may acknowledge a requested quote or service inquiry, ask relevant follow-up questions, confirm contact preferences or call timing, provide status information, deliver a one-time verification code you requested, and facilitate communication with the business the recipient contacted.
Frequency: Message frequency varies based on the inquiry and conversation. Message and data rates may apply.
Opt out: Reply STOP to stop messages. Reply HELP for help. Consent to receive automated marketing texts is not a condition of purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Acceptable Use
You may not use the service for unsolicited messaging, purchased lists without valid consent, deceptive or illegal content, harassment, discrimination, fraud, prohibited products, evasion of carrier rules, or platform interference. You must honor opt-outs and other reasonable revocation requests promptly and maintain evidence of consent where required.
Third-Party Services
Lead sources, payment processors, telecommunications carriers, and other connected services operate under their own terms. We do not control their availability, approvals, delivery, filtering, data, or policy changes.
Availability And Disclaimers
We work to deliver a reliable, fast service, but response times, message delivery, connection rates, lead quality, and sales results are not guaranteed. Response-time standards described on our website are measured from the moment a lead reaches Lead Dominator and depend on carrier delivery and on your team answering. The service is provided on an "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Suspension And Termination
You may stop using the service at any time, subject to outstanding charges, and there is no early-termination fee. We may suspend or terminate access for nonpayment, security risk, unlawful conduct, carrier or provider violations, abuse, or material breach.
